Our latest Q3 Product Innovation Update showcased a host of new capabilities across the Innova Platform, all designed with one objective in mind: helping operators and drilling teams make faster, more informed decisions using connected, real-time data.

From major workflow improvements to new integrations and enhanced visualizations, here's a look at some of the biggest highlights from the webinar.

A Smarter Way to Manage BHAs

A significant update is the complete redesign of the Drill String page.

The new layout introduces an intuitive card-based interface that makes managing BHAs faster and easier than ever. Users can quickly add, duplicate, import and edit assemblies while accessing detailed information including schematics, incidents, rental data, motor configuration, MWD information and performance statistics - all from a single workspace.

The BHA editor has also been streamlined with drag-and-drop functionality, improved component management and built-in object validation to automatically highlight missing critical information before it becomes a problem.

These improvements reduce administrative effort while giving engineers greater confidence in the quality of their drilling data.

Flexible Data Sources. One Trusted Platform.

Every operator has different systems, vendors and preferred sources of truth.

That's why one of the biggest architectural changes this quarter is the move to well-specific data configuration.

Instead of managing data sources globally, each well can now be configured independently, allowing operators to select exactly where individual data sets come from - including EDR, surveys, slide sheets, geology, costs and daily reports.

Whether data is coming from NOV WellData, Peloton WellView, WellEz, StarSteer, Survey correction providers or Well Seeker, Innova automatically streams the information into a single connected platform.

Even better, once a well becomes active, Innova can automatically identify and connect available data sources using the API number or well name, dramatically reducing manual setup and ensuring live data begins flowing as quickly as possible.

Faster Learning from Offset Wells

The Offset Comparison dashboard has been completely reimagined, making it easier to compare historical performance across multiple wells.

Users can quickly filter offsets by pad, rig, hole size, BHA type, well status or distance before comparing drilling parameters such as ROP, slide intervals, rotary performance and more.

Advanced filtering and new visualization options make it much easier to identify trends, benchmark performance and apply lessons learned to future wells.

Data can also be exported directly to Excel for further engineering analysis.

Better Parameter Optimization

The Parameters Roadmap has also received several enhancements.

New bucketing methods based on formation, hole size or combinations of both provide greater flexibility when analysing historical drilling performance.

Shortcuts to casing and formation information simplify updates, while export functionality allows optimized drilling parameters to be transferred directly into auto-driller systems.

The result is a faster route from historical data to optimized drilling performance.

A Completely Redesigned Well Details Page

Operators need information quickly - not spread across multiple screens.

The redesigned Well Details page brings everything together into a single, structured view.

Users can access operational summaries, daily reports, drilling statistics, costs, surveys, BHA information, schematics, mud data, tortuosity and much more without leaving the page.

By consolidating key operational data into one location, teams can spend less time searching for information and more time making decisions.

Introducing PV Fluid Products Motor Performance Integration

One of the most exciting announcements during the webinar was the new integration with PV Fluid Products.

By combining manufacturer performance curves with live MWD and EDR data, Innova now provides real-time motor performance monitoring directly within the Operations Dashboard.

The platform automatically compares actual motor performance against manufacturer specifications, generating a temperature-adjusted operating envelope that continuously updates during drilling.

When performance moves outside the expected range, engineers can identify issues earlier, optimize drilling parameters and help reduce unnecessary motor failures.

Better Visibility Through Real-Time Alerts

Monitoring operations has also become even easier.

SMS notifications are being added alongside existing email alerts, allowing drilling teams to receive immediate notifications when predefined operating limits are exceeded.

Combined with dashboard alert cards, this ensures the right people receive the right information as soon as it matters.

Continuous Improvements Across the Platform

Alongside these major enhancements, numerous usability improvements have been introduced throughout the platform, including:

• Easier import and export functionality.

Well Seeker X has also received several updates, including simplified access to automated backups, enhanced drill string editing with Bending Strength Ratio (BSR) indicators and new straight-line projection capabilities for improved visualization.
